Progress

When you put a picture side by side and see the progress it will make you want to cry, scream and holler. That is what I did when I saw this picture. No one will ever know how it feels to see the change in me. So many times it’s so easy to give up and go back to what was familiar and simpler and then I see pictures like this and know it is all worth it. I did and you can too… I’m 62lbs and counting!
