My eating habit is my constant struggle. In hopes to expand my pallet I have decide to do a vegetable challenge for the month of April. So far I have tried Broccoli in which I’m in love with steaming it. Last week vegetable was Asparagus in which I was not that impressed. I over steam it which made it chew and not that appetizing.
