My eating habit is my constant struggle. In hopes to expand my pallet I have decide to do a vegetable challenge for the month of April. So far I have tried Broccoli in which I’m in love with steaming it. Last week vegetable was Asparagus in which I was not that impressed. I over steam it which made it chew and not that appetizing. I’m going to try roasting next to see how I like it. See just because the asparagus didn’t taste the best to me steam, I’m not giving up. Using one vegetable at a time to change the inner works of my nutrition habits and make me better.
