My legs feel like …. Most people think that I don’t have pains because I keep going. Matter over mind!!! I’m not saying don’t listen to your mind; what I’m saying is be aware of your limitation. Sometimes we get in our own way and stop just before we get that full work out in. Keep moving and keep pushing. This week I taught six Zumba classes in four days this video was taped shortly after the first three classes. Now I could have easily given up after this but I knew I made a commitment to myself and my class to be the best I could be this week. I know my limitation and know that my mind will begin to tell me “no” even when my body can keep going. So make sure your body and mind are on the same page. Make each workout count!!!
